  I love this location because it is right by my house, and I can have my food delivered, but as of late, I am always missing something. This morning it was my drink. I couldn't go get it today due to car being in the shop but this is starting to be a pattern and I am tired. I did receive a credit back on my debit card, but come on now.

  The iced coffee was warm and the hot coffee was cold. The half and half seemed like it might have been sitting for some time. Normally I like their coffee and the food, but this just made me really nervous. Order came out wrong and took forever.

  I don't know what was going on today, I did the drive through, half an our in line, then when I finally got to the window, wrong order, then wrong price, supposed to have been 21.00 and they rang it up as 27.00, overall they really were lacking today.

  Ordered at 12:49 PM for two bread bowls with broccoli cheddar soup and a Caesar salad, with an estimated pickup time of 1:02 PM. My daughter went to pick it up and sat in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes without it moving at all. At 1:05 PM, I got an email saying the order was running late, but she had already been waiting. She went inside to check, and at 1:14 PM I received another email saying the order was ready, but it was not. The food was not actually ready until 1:41 PM, almost 40 minutes past the original pickup time. She was told they were waiting on bread bowls because they had just come out of the oven and could not be cut for 20 minutes or they would go flat. That is understandable, but what was not okay was that no alternatives were offered, no refund for the bread bowls was suggested, and no one seemed interested in resolving the situation while she waited. Between the inaccurate notifications, long wait, and lack of customer service, this was a really frustrating experience.

  I just went through the drive-thru. I tried to make friendly conversation with the girl at the window, but she simply was not the friendly conversation type. That's okay, she was polite enough. I get home though, and I didn't get the chicken noodle soup I ordered, I got some kind of glob of something so thick it can hardly be called soup that has rice in it. I assume it's chicken and rice, and the cup is about 2/3 full. The half grilled cheese is cold and not really toasted. For the amount of money I paid for this slop I did not order, this cold half sandwich and a tea, I could have gone to Longhorn for a table service lunch. I'm going to try to add some hot water to this slop in this cup and see if I can turn it into soup, but really even if it was good, and it is not; even if it's what I ordered, and it is not, a half a sandwich and a cup of soup that's not even full with a drink is not worth the amount of money they charge you, and on top of that they've had a recent price increase and their containers have shrunk in size. They are price gouging, and their food simply is not worth the price, even if you are lucky enough to get what you ordered.
