We could hear the ladies in the kitchen complaining about having to make the food, even though the drive thru is 24 hours. Then, when we got the food, it was clearly hastily thrown together...no salt on the fries, cheese barely actually on the burger, etc.

I have not had fast food and probably 10 years. But as I said when things are backed up.... Yeah you get the idea

I had a mobile order and when I tried to tell the lady at the window my order was wrong/ missing items before pulling off she huffed and puffed as if I was an inconvenience to her day. Then proceeded to tell me she would have to charge me for what ever I wanted, when I had already paid for it. Paid for a whole meal today and received only the hash brown. This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever seen in my life.
