  Very disappointed with the High Point Krispy Krunchy Chicken location. The food was cold by the time I got it, which is unacceptable after paying for a fresh family meal. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time instead of being made fresh. Between the poor food quality and bad customer service, this location seriously needs better management and higher standards.

  This High Point Krispy Krunchy Chicken location seriously needs improvement. The customer service was cold and unwelcoming, and the whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. For a place serving family meals, you would expect staff to at least act like they appreciate customers. The food was decent, but the attitude and overall service completely ruined the experience. Compared to the Greensboro location, this place feels poorly managed and nowhere near the same standard.

  Very disappointed with the Krispy Krunchy Chicken on South Main Street in High Point. Ordered a 20-piece family meal and got no sauce, no napkins, and no bag. When I asked, they said they charge extra for all of it. Basic items like sauce, napkins, and bags should come with the meal, especially for a family order. The Greensboro location gives much better service and actually treats customers well. Management at this location seriously needs to improve.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Krispy Krunchy Chicken on 1813 South Main Street in High Point. I ordered a 20-piece chicken family meal and received no sauce, no napkins, and not even a bag with the order. When I asked about it, I was told they charge separately for every sauce, napkin, and bag. That is honestly ridiculous. Basic items like sauce, napkins, and bags should be included when customers are spending money on a family meal. It feels like this location is more focused on squeezing extra money out of customers than providing decent customer service. What makes it worse is that I regularly visit the Greensboro location on 1939 E Market Street, and the difference is night and day. The Greensboro staff are friendly, respectful, and actually make customers feel appreciated. They never make customers feel like a burden for asking for sauce or basic necessities. The High Point location seriously needs better management and customer service standards because this experience reflects poorly on the entire brand. I will definitely think twice before returning to this location.
