From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was right with my order. He had a really positive attitude even while the restaurant was busy, and you could tell he genuinely cared about the customers. The food was excellent, but Preston’s customer service honestly made the visit stand out. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back. Five Guys is lucky to have someone like Preston on their team.

It did not disappoint. I've already added it to my list of go to spots for takeout here in High Point. Thanks for the great service, well-prepared food, and overall efficient takeout experience.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
