I stopped by Dunkin’ to pick up a treat for my daughter to celebrate her last day of school, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The first clue should have been the nearly empty parking lot. I don’t visit Dunkin’ often, so I’m not very familiar with their donut selection. Naturally, I expected a donut shop to display its donut offerings on the drive-thru menu. Instead, the menu was dominated by drinks and a few food items, with no visible donut selection at all. When I asked if there was a donut menu, the employee told me to simply name donuts I was interested in and he would tell me whether they had them. That’s not a practical ordering system, especially in a drive-thru. Rather than being able to browse a menu, I had to listen while he listed more than 15 available donut varieties and try to remember them all while placing my order. As I was sorting through the options and placing my order, I apparently spoke a little too quickly. Instead of politely asking me to repeat myself, the employee taking the order abruptly interrupted me and said I was talking too fast, forcing me to start over. The confusion continued at the payment window. I handed the employee my card, and after looking at it she handed it back, saying she couldn’t take it. When I asked why, she explained that employees are no longer supposed to handle customers’ cards and then commented that she had forgotten about the “stupid wand” they were supposed to use instead—essentially an extension pole attached to the card reader. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, inefficient, and far from customer-friendly. Between the lack of a visible donut menu, the cumbersome ordering process, and the less-than-professional interactions with staff, this was not the enjoyable treat stop I had hoped for. As for the product itself, the donuts were small, dry, and disgusting. My kids didn’t even enjoy them. I also got their raspberry limenade which tasted nothing like lime nor raspberry but instead a chemical concoction of artificial flavors mixed with water. What a waste of money!

my order was a caramel craze Latte and they only put milk in it. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a multi grain bagel they gave it to me half way cold. Who ever is higher then the manager needs to go in and check on their store. I am going to call corporate. They weren't even busy.

Had a horrible experience. Staff was rude, especially the manager. She didn’t care at all. Food took forever. Ordered hash browns and they had a bitter taste like the oil was old or had burnt food left in it. The coffees cups were half filled. I love Dunkin but this is the worst experience I’ve had at one, avoid at all costs!
