- CSChris Scott3 days ago1.0It only gets one star because I can’t give zero. All I got was a half and half tea and it was rancid. So bad! They clearly have not cleaned or changed that tea in way too long. Health Department needs to check that out.
- SKsantosh karki4 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with this business due to their rude and unprofessional customer service. Good customer service means treating people with respect, patience, and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I visited around 4:00 PM during the evening shift to order donuts. The lady serving me, who was wearing pink eyeshadow, seemed unable to hear what I was saying. Instead of politely asking me to repeat myself, she responded with a rude attitude. I initially brushed it off and continued with my order because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. However, things got even worse when it was time to pay. I politely asked her what the total was, and she rudely responded that it was too much work for her to go to the register, which was literally about two feet away from her and she started arguing with me. I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful that response was. Checking the total for a customer is a basic part of the job, and acting as though it was too much effort was completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to deal with this kind of attitude when they are simply trying to buy something. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but that is no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. This was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and the customer service was absolutely horrible. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the behavior of the employee working the evening shift around 4:00 PM. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect and based on this experience, I would think twice before coming back. I expected much better and would not recommend this place based on the poor service I received.
