- LLLoveBugSep 20, 20261.0Don’t order from them especially using the mobile app. They do not take no accountability when something went wrong when making the payment. I order my food and drink using the mobile app, for what ever reason the app was declining my payment, so I tried again and still had the same problem just for me to see on my bank portal that I was charged twice. I get to the store showed the employee my order and the transaction. She had called her manager told him what had happened and also sent him the screenshot. He asked to speak to over the phone and his exact words was to order in the store and call customer service to get a refund because it does not show on his end that the order was made. I told him no because I already lost almost $30. He refuse to refund me let along have the employees make my food AFTER SEEING I was charged twice. I wil never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again because it doesn’t take much to take accountability of what had took place. It’s takes a lot for me to not want to do business with a company but when it come to my money and nothing is resolve after seeing proof I do not want anything to do with it. That’s why their a/c is broken, manager to too cheap and selfish, when you are ugly to your customers things will start destroy in your building

I've been wanting Dunkin donuts for a while now and it'll be a while before I get them again. And it's not just Dunkin it's every one. No one cares about food anymore no one has ethics anymore. It's just for a paycheck.
