They proceeded never to make it while I waited there, I asked multiple times. I never got my food. They were also very unhelpful. I’m very disappointed in this establishment.

Two times I have ordered lunch on my app, have gotten to the store and the doors have been locked with workers inside and no explanation. Always around 11:30 when the store clearly states 10:45 opening time. This afternoon multiple people were standing at the front door waiting to get in. At 11:30 an employee finally came to unlock the door and said "our computer isn't up yet but you can come in" obviously the computer was up because they were working on a giant catering order. By the time everyone came inside the staff started working the line, no online orders. After waiting I finally had to reach out on the app to customer service and cancel my order. I seriously think the owner should temporarily close this location until it can be adquately staffed. Barely had any staff working and they seemed miserable. Just not fair to them or the customers.

I felt bad for the employees, there was a line out of the door and the lady who was doing the mobile orders had to jump in and prioritized the line. Ive had a few bad experiences with this chipotle but this is probably the worst yet. There was a line of mobile orders also, when I had just gotten my food it was 3 mins before it turned 30 mins since I was supposed to pick up my food. My bowl was also missing a few things.
