I enjoy the greet they give when i walk up. Also the food portion are reasonable, not measured by how you look like some of tje other location smh. And the food is always cook well, I mean done not hard under cooked rice like 1604 store. This location is awesome, the staff is welcoming and warm to all. Not just to a certain group of customers, again like 1604 location. Take notes other stores!! They know customer service at the Bitters location and I appreciate that.

As a type 1 diabetic I would hope that when I fill my cup up myself that it is what I intend to put in it. Today’s “Diet” read HI on my meter meaning it was full of sugar. I find this completely unacceptable and quite frankly frightening. If I didn’t have the technology to check my blood sugar, today couldve gone very differently. Please fix this.

I ordered a steak bowl for my birthday and asked for extra rice, and this is the piece of crap I get. Suffice to say, I’m beyond pissed. I can literally count the number of beef cubes in my bowl as it’s barely half full! Meanwhile my boyfriend who ordered IN STORE got significantly more. Whenever you order online, these people purposefully skimp out and make sure they don’t give a lot. It’s predatory and selfish. Greedy people acting like the food you’re paying for is coming out of their paychecks. What an ABSOLUTE JOKE. Good luck retaining customers cause if you think this is going to encourage people to come back, ya’ll are out of your ever loving minds
