  We bought Sofritas bowls for our family last Saturday evening, and the experience was very bad. The service was poor, and the food looked dry and was not fresh at all. The worst part was finding many tiny pieces of chicken and beef mixed into the Sofritas. We specifically ordered Sofritas because we don’t eat meat. Finding meat mixed into our food is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I’m reporting this because this needs to be addressed.

  First, I have to give credit where it’s due. The young lady with the blue hair is an incredibly hard worker! Every time I’ve been to this location, she has been in the zone, working hard and keeping things moving in the kitchen. Her work ethic definitely deserves recognition. That being said, I’ve visited this location three times this week, and unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. The first time I came in, a young lady made honestly one of the best burritos I’ve ever had from Chipotle. My second visit was also great, so I was expecting the same consistency today. I ordered a chicken burrito, but the portion of chicken I received was noticeably small. What made it more frustrating was watching the customer directly behind me receive a much larger portion. I also asked for Supergreens, and the employee making my order didn’t seem to know what I was referring to. Once we got to the toppings, I felt extremely rushed through the line. Everything was moving so quickly that I didn’t even get the opportunity to ask for a side of the cilantro-style sauce I wanted before my order was passed along. I completely understand that restaurants get busy and employees have to keep the line moving, but customers should still feel like they have enough time to finish ordering and receive reasonable, consistent portions. With how expensive everything has become and with Chipotle’s prices seemingly continuing to increase, it’s frustrating to pay full price and leave feeling like you barely received the amount of food you paid for. I don’t expect oversized portions or anything for free. I simply expect consistency and a fair portion for the price being charged. I’ve had great food from this location, which is why today’s experience was especially disappointing. I hope management can work on portion consistency and making sure customers don’t feel rushed through the ordering process.

  This chipotles on Bitters is my favorite. I love the staffs energy. I also love the fact that they give you your food with a smile and everyone has a nice personality. I enjoy the greet they give when i walk up. Also the food portion are reasonable, not measured by how you look like some of tje other location smh. And the food is always cook well, I mean done not hard under cooked rice like 1604 store. This location is awesome, the staff is welcoming and warm to all. Not just to a certain group of customers, again like 1604 location. Take notes other stores!! They know customer service at the Bitters location and I appreciate that.

  The food is good. My biggest issue is that for two times now I have gotten myself Diet Coke and both times it hasn’t been diet. As a type 1 diabetic I would hope that when I fill my cup up myself that it is what I intend to put in it. Today’s “Diet” read HI on my meter meaning it was full of sugar. I find this completely unacceptable and quite frankly frightening. If I didn’t have the technology to check my blood sugar, today couldve gone very differently. Please fix this.
