  Chick fil A is always great. I particularly appreciate the service. They always professional and display grat manners. Even though it is pricey, I keep going back.

  Very disappointed with the quality of food I received tonight from Chick-fil-A High Point (N. Main St). I completely understand it was close to closing time, but this should not have been served to any customer. The mac and cheese was clearly overcooked and burnt, and the overall presentation was unacceptable. I normally expect a much higher standard of quality and consistency from Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience was so surprising. Customers should receive fresh, properly prepared food regardless of the time of day. Unfortunately, this location missed the mark tonight.   This will be my very last time visiting this location. I was in the drive-through and my food came out fairly quickly. However, there was a car in front of me whose food clearly had an issue and there was a delay in getting their order out. I nicely asked the associate if she could simply have the car pull up so that I could get out of line. She told me their food will be out in just a few minutes, so I patiently waited. After sitting for over five minutes, I asked again if she could have that car move out as I needed to get out of line. She was very rude to me and pretty much told me I could wait. I asked for her manager, and she refused to do so. Shortly, after the food in front of us got their food and as I rode by, I saw her and the manager both snickering. I will be contacting their corporate office to make them aware of this interaction as it was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Needless to say by the time we got out of line and got home my son‘s food was cold.

  I’ve been to many chic-fil-a ‘s across the triad. This is the FIRST location I’ve been disappointed in. The employees act as if they do not care. I had a min of 4 employees look at me then walk by me and never ask me what I needed. The drinks were all carbonated to start with then I had to wait in line as they just looked at me and walked by me to get my 5 yr old an ice cream fo her kids meal she’s 5 and even said this restaurant needs to get it together, I usually love chic fil a but let’s not ever come back to this one. Just saying, even a 5 year old can realize terrible service. This location needs serious training help its really lacking.
