- KKKenziApr 3, 20262.0The food is good I love bojangles and I know it’s fast food ppl make mistakes but omg everytime I’ve gone for the past probably 6-7 times they mess my order up 🧐 I always get no pickles or something like extra seasoning and it’s not a like oh I can’t eat it situation but it is frustrating, not to mention I’ve never met someone with a good attitude there , even McDonald’s is more precise on their food and that’s terrible.. wish they could do a better job. Oh and also it’s SUPER annoying when even the receipt tells them “no” or “xtra” and it’s still wrong 😭 ..

Where is the dark haired female manager with the scarf? Where is Ms. Rhonda who greets me so warmly? i want another AMAZING NIGHT. Time to switch to the Archdale location.
- GPGerald PowersMar 22, 20261.0The chicken was very good. The sides were stone cold. The service was terrible. No one at the counter was even looking at the customers. Turned out that the hot table was not working. We asked for three sides of mashed potatoes and gravy to be replaced because they were so cold. It took a very long time and they were replaced with white gravy. We would have preferred brown gravy since that was what we ordered. We have been to this location before and something always seems to go wrong. The is always good, but the service is terrible. There are so many people in the kitchen, but no one seems to be looking at the customers. Please do better. You are really close to having a great restaurant. Also no one said sorry or anything...
