- NSNick Smith4 days ago1.0Spent over $50 to treat my family. Very bad and unprofessional bojangles. Waited over 45 minutes for my order when it was supposed to be ready at 3:20pm. Told the employees I had a takeout and showed them the confirmation. Then employees just had me wait without even acknowledging me or informing me about my order. Just watching me stand there. Then I seen a employee making a box and used her BARE hands to pick up the biscuit and put it in the box. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY POOR SERVICE.

The staff was friendly and got my order out pretty quick, even though it was a little busy when I went. Everything seemed clean and the overall experience was pretty solid. Nothing fancy, but it’s a good place when you want some filling comfort food without spending too much. I’d definitely come back again and try a few of the other menu items next time.
