  Drive thru service was fantastic, fries a little undercooked!! Two gentleman working the windows were top notch!

  Next time I'm going to biscuitville! Order completely wrong! Biscuit hard as a rock, burnt and taste like someone spilled a salt Shaker in it. Best thing about this meal was that the girl at the windows was nice. That is all!!!

  They refused to give me my order in the drive thru and made me come in to pick it up as it was a pick up through DoorDash. Attitude of i guess the manager was a bit off putting. ive had 3 surgeries on my knee, didnt have my brace, and still had to get out and go in because its "policy" for dash orders.... FOR DASHERS NOT CUSTOMERS. The food has always been great, this was my first time having a negative experience and being made to go in, but if a customer is asking if they can pick up through drive thru for their order maybe clarify before demanding they come in and being ableist and assuming thats as easy for everyone. 1st time ordering pick up and probably last time too. Everyone but the manager seemed friendly, she just seemed like she didnt care and was "sorry for the inconvenience" which didnt sound sorry at all. Even after they realized i was here for my own order. It was being asked to come in when i asked why i had to, and was trying to avoid it but i already paid or i wouldve just left.

  Ordered Biscuits and Gravy. Gravy was good but biscuits were absolutely horrible. They were hard and looked burnt on the top. Probably left over from the day before and reheated. Don't waste your money.

  They need tighten up on Customer Service skills, especially when customers are paying their money to get good food!!! I’m coming from Thomasville to the High Point location and my food has been messed up at least five times… Most of the time the tea taste watery!!! We need consistency at this location! We would greatly appreciate it!
