  Miércoles 19 de agosto de 2026. Estuve a eso de 7:20pm a la tienda a buscar una comida, y el trabajador que estaba en el counter me habló de muy mala manera, hizo la comida a juro. Luego el que estaba en cocina, al preguntarle si estaban preparando la demorada comida, me preguntó su hablaba inglés, y me dijo que yo tenía que hablar inglés, en un tono RACISTA Y XENOÓOBO...... Dos morenos estaban a cargo de la tienda en ese momento.

  This was the absolute worst Arby's visit ever!! The fries were hot, w/o asking, & the only part of the meal worth eating! Though the sodas were in the lobby, they tasted old and flat! The tea was only available if they made it for you! I dislike this because there's no way to know the level of sweetness! They don't offer lemons, so I was stuck with sodas that I really didn't want!😔 The supposedly deluxe cheesesteak was horrible, nothing like the ad! It tasted like old chipped beef mixed with cheese sauce and a few onions! It was made very sloppily and tasted horrible! It made me sick!! Also, there were almost no condiments available in the lobby! This means you almost have to beg if you want more than 1 of them! This visit was very disappointing and overpriced! I doubt that I will ever return to this specific Arby's again!!
