  This is by far the worst service i have EVER received. I was stuck in line for 45 min. There were at least 6-7 employees working and standing around inside and outside. They are always busy but to have guest sitting in line for 45 min is crazy. Not including a lot of the employees here are very rude !!!!

  Emiliano was phenomenal! Such a great face to see as soon as you pull into seven brew. He took my order extremely fast and my drink was amazing. He had the best customer service personality. I have ever witnessed in my 19 years on this earth. This seven brew is out of my way, but I will be coming back regularly just because of a Emiliano, 10/10 Customer service.

  Kiersten and Lily were really helpful and have such an amazing cute energy. I am bad with finding one drink I like and sticking with it. Recently I have been trying to change it up. I will say while staying in Boone last winter I went to 7 Brew daily. Then I came back to Greensboro area and wasn’t too impressed with the 7 Brew closer to the college. The drinks Boone made and the ones I had made at the new high point location are completely different. Now going more often

  The coffee here is fantastic—easily the best in the area. While my first few visits were highly pleasant, the customer service style has shifted a bit. The staff seems increasingly aggressive with forcing small talk. I love genuine conversations, but it now feels like they are reading from a corporate script. They will pull you into a five-minute conversation about your car or your day, only to completely forget the interaction and ask the exact same scripted questions the very next morning. I understand they see a lot of customers, but when the interaction is that forced and instantly forgotten, it feels robotic and exhausting. Great drinks, but the conversation prompts could use a lighter touch!
