  Usually love 7 Brew, but this visit was disappointing. The girl taking our order felt very robotic with almost no personal interaction. This was also the longest we’ve ever waited at a 7 Brew and it was confusing seeing several cars behind us get their drinks before we did. The girl who handed us our drinks was kind and apologized for the wait which we appreciated. Hoping this location improves their flow and customer service.

  Im an esthetician and i work 5mins from this place and come here often (Mixed Esthetics). Literally everytime i come here the workers are absolutely amazing and super sweet. The drinks are also really good and service is usually fast. Great place and atmosphere and they play the jams too lol

  I love this place. Always friendly staff, more options then you could imagine for coffee and other drinks. There is a whole customer made secret menu just order by the recipe.

  Came in for a quick coffee break and ended up staying longer than planned. The place had a relaxed vibe, clean tables, and nice background music. I ordered an iced latte and it was smooth with a good coffee flavor, not overly sweet like some spots make it. The barista was friendly and patient while people were ordering. Prices seemed pretty normal for the area too. It did get a little busy around mid morning, but the line moved fast enough. Overall, a solid coffee shop I’d be happy to visit again.

  I went through the drive thru and paid for my coffee when my order was taken. When I pulled forward to get my coffee, the lady asked me to pay again as “sometimes the tablets don’t work” and asked me to pull up my bank statement to see if it went through. When I confirmed it, I was not offered an explanation or apology for the abrasive service. It was the poor communication and lack of respect that made me feel not valued. As this was my first experience here, I will not be returning.
