  The level of customer service provided to my family during our visit was superior, especially the service of Tammy W. The food was very good, the establishment was clean and the entire staff was excellent. Tammy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was so kind to the young children in our group. Noticeably, she made a point to interact and provide excellent service to all customers, not just my party. Whataburger should definitely give Tammy a raise because if I owned a company, I would want to keep her on my team.

  Awesome. I have to give a special shout out to the young lady Tiara who was running drive thru all by herself. She was very helpful. Great personality. She made we were taken care of in a timely manner. Very professional I will revisit this location just for her. Outstanding job Tiara. Keep up the great work

  I ordered a milkshake through the kiosk. After ordering my family stood there for 10 minutes waiting on our milkshakes. Eventually the girl working the counter asked if we had been helped, we told her we were waiting on our shakes, she stated that when you order a shake via the kiosk the order doesn't go to anyone. So she went to the back and made our shakes. If shakes can't be ordered via the kiosk take the damn thing off of the kiosk.

  I just want to say Tammy is one of the sweetest people my friends and I have encountered since the passing of our close friend. She seen us out there and came and spoke and brought us food. She was the sweetest and so much more appreciated than she’ll ever know.

  This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a fast-food restaurant. Our order was completely wrong. They left the fries out of our children's meals and did not give us the juice that was ordered with one of them. They also gave us chocolate chip cookies instead of the graham crackers that were supposed to come with those meals. We have a child with a peanut allergy and try to avoid anything that could cause a potential reaction. That is why we did not choose the chocolate chip cookies. After asking, we did receive the fries for our children. However, both adult meals were also completely wrong—the burgers we ordered were not what we received. It was not worth asking for the adult meals to be corrected because it took an extremely long time to get our children's food back after we requested the missing fries. They took the entire meal boxes, including the children's main entrées, back to the kitchen. As a result, our children sat without food for quite a while. The restaurant was not particularly busy. It was around 11:30 a.m., there were only two vehicles in the drive-thru, and approximately six or seven people in the dining room. We will not be returning to this location. While we were sitting there, another customer approached us and commented that this is not a good location and that mistakes happen there frequently.
