  The vanilla milkshake tasted nothing like vanilla, only pure sugar. My Whataburger with cheese had mustard on both sides of the bread and it was dripping off the burger. Unfit to eat! I’ve been there two times and was not impressed the first time and decided to give it another try. So I’ve been twice; my first and last time.

  So awesome to have a 24 hour restraunt in hickory for the folks on night shift. The people working there are amazing and the food is good for fast eats. West coast eat your heart out!

  A bit disappointed in our trip to this location. Both patty melts were salty. I asked to substitute a vanilla iced coffee instead of a fountain drink, and they accommodated me but didn't mention the upcharge of $1.10. I forgot to ask for honey mustard, and when our order was delivered to the table, I asked for one and was told it would be .60 cents. Initially, I was going to pass, but my patty melt was salty and dry, so I purchased one. On a positive note, the iced tea was fresh-tasting. It appeared clean inside. The music was quite loud in the dining area. We've eaten at the other location off Hwy 70 and will return there instead of this location.

  While placing my order through the drive through I had asked for a side of onion rings and a creamy pepper sauce with the rest of my order. When I got to the window the lady that cashed me out told me she did not ring up my creamy pepper sauce, so no problem I pay for it. She also did not give me the right drinks, I ordered 2 medium cokes a banana shake and a strawberry shake, she only gave me the banana (a extra banana one I did not order as well as a vanilla). So I had to ask for the drinks I did order, and when she was handing them to me she literally sighed, very rudely and dramatically. I also did not get rang up for the onion rings I had asked for. This is the worst interaction I have had at this location, I’m extremely disappointed.

  5 star review REVOKED! (Only reason for 2 star overall is because the staff was 5 star AMAZING) EDITED REVIEW UPDATE: My husband got TERRIBLE food poisoning after eating here yesterday. He got a Triple Burger, I got chicken, so I'm assuming it was something about the burger. Within 3 hrs after eating he's been SO SICK all night and had to call out of work today. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! We really enjoyed everything until that!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great staff. Great service. Clean atmosphere. AMAZING FOOD for the money!!!
