  . We came an HOUR early and they told us they couldn’t serve us. We previously came 30 minutes early last week and they told us the same thing. This is absolutely ridiculous closing an hour before ur actual closing time.

  This Taco Bell doesn’t deserve a 1 star rating we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food for dine in all they were worried about was the drive thru and they give you the stank eye all because you dine in and had a large order so they didn’t want deal with making it so they just threw the food together with the tacos so greasy that you can’t even eat because it makes you feel sick and to lazy to make fresh new cinnamon twist that they were all crumbled up with all the grease draining from the tacos which is disgusting won’t ever come back even though the manager gave a free taco coupon because we had to wait to long still doesn’t count for quality of food or Customer Service

  I ordered thru the online portal Google search last night. I actually don't have the app downloaded. I never received a confirmation that my order went thru because it kept throwing up an error please try again later. So I woke up to a charge anyways. I called the store spoke to the "manager" and asked about how to get a refund she told me go thru the apps customer service and call them because i can't help you I told her I didnt have the app downloaded and she said how did you do the order then if you don't have the app. I told her I don't have the app and I didn't understand how she couldn't help me. And she HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and she picked up and hung up three separate times. First of all I was charged money on my card for an order I did not receive. Second my sister was a general manger for taco bell for almost 15 years this is not how TACO BELL IS SUPPOSED TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I DONT APPRECIATE BEING HUNG UP ON. I CALLED CORPORATE.

  I ordered food for 5 people earlier this evening. Upon picking up our order we discovered that we were missing several items. It took about 15 minutes to get everything partly because they seem to be incredibly understaffed, but the employees are also clearly very unhappy with their jobs. Now, about 5 hours later, all of us are sick. I'm seriously concerned that we got food poisoning from eating here. So, if you want to spend $60 to make everyone in your house sick then eat at this Taco Bell, but honestly there's cheaper ways to get food poisoning. Maybe just avoid this Taco Bell.

  I haven't been to Taco Bell for about 3 decades but hungry & clueless I wandered in and was so pleasantly surprised. Janiaya, my cashier, was kind & patient helping me negotiate the large menu and landing on an "off menu" adjustment - veggie bowl. It was exactly what I wanted and very tasty. The avocado salsa was tangy good! This restaurant is clean, pleasant and updated. Easy on/off Hwy321 & convenient to downtown and Caldwell Co. Thank you Taco Bell for providing vegetarian options in fast food!
