  Got off work and decided to get something to eat. The lady working the drive through got an attitude after telling me they’re not taking orders. This isn’t the only time this lady has gotten an attitude with me or other customers.

  Horrible experience everytime I'm there. Always missing foods that I've paid for. When I ask to get my foods I've paid for I get attitude and have to wait longer. Ordered a dirty soda and got a normal one instead, when asked to fix it the guy poured soda out, added the creamer, and didn't add anymore soda so it was 1/4 empty. Customer service could be better. Miserable people always working there.

  Please rethink management. Me and my fiancé made an online order at 12:30 at night. And the store is open until 3 am. As we pulled up the woman on the speaker said “we aren’t taking orders right now, we have worked 10 hours and we are taking a break.” After we had already paid for our order, and as we pulled around we seen all the workers sitting in the lobby on their phones and laughing, laughing could also be heard over the intercom. Hate to say 10 hours is nothing compared to running a Saturday night cookout for 16 hours no break and maybe 2 people working… I promise there is better management that will not allow this kind of behavior from restaurant employees somewhere out there… do better dude. Y’all suck.

  This location of Taco Bell sucks!!!!!! I can't tell you how many times we've used the mobile app order and paid for our food to be told at the drive thru that their only taking Door Dash, Uber Eats, or Grub Hub and can't fill the mobile orders. The employees are rude and never get the orders correct when you do finally get to place an order!!! Why even build this location if you can't order food there?! One star is too much for this crap!

  The evening manager at this location was nasty & rude . Blatantly argued with me in the drive thru! I assume I was taking too long to order. She went back and forth with me then when I got to the window I could still hear her talking about me. The guy in the window who took my order seemed nice and apologized for his “ boss’ “ behavior. They gave me no napkins or sauce but I assumed the guy who took my order was just trying to hurry and take care of me to deescalate the situation. I don’t know the manager’s name or anything just know what she looks like. She needs to find another job where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
