  This place should probably just close. We love Pizza Hut, but this location is pitiful. Fire the dining room is anything but inviting, the mangers very young kid was also wondering around the dining room (I guess those dining were supposed to be watching the kid because no one else was) and the ice machine was out when we were there. The staff was spending more time moving the drink cooler to the back than taking care of customers and out waitress was quick to tell us it was because customers are stealing the drinks.. a little news flash if the staff was giving good customer service there wouldn't be an opportunity for them to steal the drinks... Oh and (it's probably the team not the customers) Our order came out wrong but with the excessive wait we decided just to take it and not say anything. And then the last straw was we paid with a card at the register when I added $0 tip (because we left cash on the table) the waitress snorted and moaned like I had taken their toy away. The worst unprofessional behavior I've seen lately.

  Asked these people not to burn my cheese on my cheese sticks and guess what they did ? Burnt it anyways! They have a habit of giving you the opposite of what you ask for … Then catch an attitude because they messed up your order .. I will never eat here again !

  Was told I could get the big dinner box with unlimited toppings for 21.99 and wings were buy one get one free for 12.99, so I did that. Then was told my total was $47. Made no sense so I asked about that when I got there and they said it didn't make sense to them either but that's what I was charged. Last time I come to this place.

  Been craving a personal pan pizza supreme for some time. Called in order for 2 personal at Springs Rd location (Hickory NC), picked it up and took home to eat with my Mom. Pizza may have been good if there had been some actual pizza sauce on it. Such a disappointment 😞. Don't think I will crave one again for a loooong time!
