The staff will call your name and tell you if food is ready for pick up. Not a pleasant experience with customer service at this restaurant.

There was one order ahead of me for two ladies and we were the only ones waiting for food. Besides watching the kitchen move at snail speed, the ladies working were talking about “if they don’t like it, just tell them to eat some dirty socks.” It was gossip hour. Everyone had a bad attitude besides the young girl working the window. The Mac was cold. The soda machine was spewing. Overall, just way too long for 1 and a half sandwiches and cold macaroni. Gossip hour, bad attitudes, and overall bad service.
