  Bathrooms, tables, etc were very dirty. Our food was stale, cold, and made wrong. Took two times to not add pickles to a sandwhich. My husband sat there 15 min asking for help. They walked by and ignored him. Some literally sat at the counter on their phones and gossiping with coworkers ignoring us. When someone finally got to him, they rolled their eyes at him. Over asking for a refill for his drink. Honestly worst customer service I’ve ever received and I’ve worked fast food before. Management needs to be fired and the whole store needs a revamp. Ridiculous.

  Unbelievable... I went there today I got to the window I asked for my receipt when she gave me my change she said there's no receipt pull up you're holding up the cars ? So I pull up look at my bag for my receipt when I got my food no receipt? french fries and chicken nuggets so I asked for my money back they asked me for the receipt I said you didn't give me one... then they get a attitude even more finally got the reprint and they told me you complain too much my manager said you're bandit you can't come back on the premises you've got to be kidding me because I want my receipt? I'm calling corporate someone needs to report them this is not how McDonald's operates I'm getting band because you're serving poor quality food without a receipt and then they kept some of my change which I'm going to call corporate to get back on Monday Smh.... And they had the nerve to say I complain too much from your reviews y'all have the worst customer service and poor quality food and you don't own McDonald's to run off their customers they need to clean house.

  Went to this drive thru with some friends and the whole order was wrong. most things we were able to overlook, everything except receiving a cookie on a mcdouble sandwich… called and asked to speak with a manager and the girl we spoke with was so rude it was appalling. i’ve been in management for years & the way she spoke to us was unacceptable, ive never heard such a smart mouth from a manager before. while we were telling her about the cookie on the sandwich she interrupted us and said “no there was only 1 sandwich with a cookie on it”… we told her a cookie shouldn’t be on a mcdouble and she hit us with “it was MY food hunty”… mcdonald’s on hwy 70 yall… where managers put cookies on sandwiches and then act like it’s the customers fault… we called back and asked to speak to a different manager and the guy they put on the phone was just a crew member… this is by far the wildest mcdonald’s trip i’ve ever had. i’d like to speak to a professional, not her.

  me and my friend were here waiting for almost an hour and the frikin lady wouldnt give us the food and when she did she gave us the wrong order but it was already 11 pm so we just took it and left and also that mcdonalds ghetto as hell

  Worst McDonald's around this area. I went to buy each of the new SpongeBob and One piece toys and some food. I asked which one they have and the cashier said they seen one of each. So I asked for all of them. They rang me up and I paid for it food and toys. Sat down and waited for it, and the manager came to me and said they can't sell me the toys and would have to give me a refund. She said they could only sell me one or two and that they can't pick through them you get what you get. I went to a different location and they only had 3 and they let me buy them just toys. So why is it this McDonald's has different rules?
