  Came through drive through at 10:15, store doesn’t close till 11 and couldn’t get drive through to help, pulled around and they were giving things out to people standing outside the window while acting closed.

  Horrible service!!! Im sure she was lieing about her name but the manager "Ashley" has the worse service I have ever seen. I ordered a moble order, didnt get the correct food pulled back around to the window, 60 seconds later. I ordered 2 cheese burger meal and a mc chicken. I told the girl at the window that I got 2 mc chicken and one cheese burger. They asked for my phone to prove the order and took it in the drive through window. 11 min later they still had my phone. I asked to speak with the manager and she came to the window and told me that she bagged my food herself and that I was lieing. Even though the wrappers are different for both items and I showed her my bag and what I got. She said that she is not allowed to take food back through the window but that they are allowed to take my phone. Absolutely crazy.
