  Just got food here on my lunch break from work, usually it’s really good and everything is right. I get back to work to eat and the order is completely wrong. My sweet tea that I paid extra for is unsweetened. My cheeseburger was merely a hamburger with no cheese. My double fry in my happy meal, which was confirmed when I ordered, was a single with apple slices. I don’t have time to go back and correct it and when I tried calling, no one answered.

  Will not be eating there again. Clearly from the pic you can see the fries were flipped upside on purpose. ( maybe because we ordered late 9:30pm?) Either way it then makes us concerned about what could have been done to the other food?? It was took more effort to flip all the fries over than to put them in the bag the right way!

  Can we give negative stars? Haha. I will never understand people who do this type of stuff. Fries upside down, clearly on purpose and even one of the drinks was wrong. I have avoided MCDS for a long time because of garbage service but tonight we decided to have it since we were busy and had to eat late and guess what… order was screwed up.

  As soon as I went to order in the drive through I was told in a raised aggravated voice to hold on then proceeded to not turn the microphone off and mumble things about these “people” aka the customers in line when they finally took my order it was wrong and cold never going back
