  I'm looking to buy the BT21 toys and I've traveled from Morganton to Hickory now. I understand not every franchise will sell the toy separately so I asked first. I'm for specific ones since i collected a few along the way already. One of their employee was going to look through their inventory but the manager on duty on 7/25/2026 at 6pm yelled at her and told the employee they cannot look at the toys and sell it like that. However, she was fine with selling the toy just not letting the employee choose it. So the employee had to tell me all they had was what she was able to take out from the happy meal box. It wasn't worth the manager yelling at her employee over a toy. I appreciate the employee who was going above and beyond for me. I hope you have a wonderful day if your management team sees this. It was my first time coming there although I live in the area and it is the last I will be coming. I'll mark this place as not to come if you're wanting to buy just the toys for collection.

  The employees most definitely should have to wear a hairnet when handling drinks or food of any kind at any time at the restaurant

  Waited for 10 minutes before any worker even acknowledged me. They purposely ignored me despite me saying excuse me multiple times. Then got my food and the soda machine was bad and no ice. So went to beg for ice and that took another five minutes. I will not bother them again

  They tried to poison me got a steak bagel was chewing it had a big piece of plastic in it the girl working there said something about it being piece of a tray I almost swallowed it. If any attorney sees this contact me I want to file a lawsuit against this testaurant ASAP
