  Haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s in a long time, I’m glad there’s one closer to home now. Everything was fresh and tasted awesome!

  Great people they greet you at the door and food was made fresh. Ingredients tasted fresh too which was really nice. They kept the floor cleaned and did a amazing job I had my food done very quickly too I'll start coming more to this sub shop. Hands down the best sub shop in Catawba county this was the best experience I've ever had at any jimmy johns

  I didn't dine in so I can't speak to the atmosphere. I did an online order while at work and it was wrong. The manager was responsive and helpful!! They corrected my order, explained they had recently opened and apologized for the mistake. She even had a driver deliver the corrected sandwich so I didn't have to come pick it up. Great customer service, will be a consistent customer at this new location.
