Made each meal to order, fresh, hot, perfectly crisped and topped! He constantly apologize for the wait and checked on his customers. This alone made us know we would return regardless of how the food came out. The food being amazing was just a bonus to the customer service! He even made it a friendly atmosphere for my daughter😊

When we walked in, it seemed like there was no one working because we appeared to be the only people in the building. We spent about five minutes looking over the kiosk and deciding what we wanted to order, but during that time not a single employee came out to greet us, answer questions, or offer assistance. We were genuinely looking forward to trying the food, so this experience was very disappointing. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the lack of customer service made us decide to leave before ordering.

And I'm not one to complain... but never again.!!!15$ down the drain they need to ask what kind of powder you want it tossed in, not sauce. And a piece of white bread? Not grilled not nothing. Staff could pay more attention to their orders, so we don't have to remind them of what was needed to be brought to the table. But all in all it was great food and a great deal. 20 wings with fries for $19.99 couldn't eat it all and made another meal out of it. Can't beat that! They have deals for everyday of the week. This was Monday's deal and it was worth it! Probably will see me again at Hangry Joes!
