Iam sorry this is why I prefer Lowe’s over this location. Also your manager was wearing sweatpants instead of looking like a manager. It is so bad looking for the company.

- RHRon HaynesMay 6, 20262.0A customer triggered an alarm at the self checkout. This store has security on the self checkout that is too sensitive. If one leans over the bag area too far after scanning an item the register freezes up and requires staff interaction. Repeated occurences are on record and the staff are noticeably "aware" of these events so they routinely just cancel the alarm. This has not been the experience at other grocery stores
