  I placed an order for a cake for my sons birthday 2 weeks in advance with the deli/bakery. At this food lion. And the day that I came to pick up my cake for my sons birthday party. They said they didnt have my cake and they dont have any orders for the cake that I ordered. This cake was supposed to feed 36 or more people. And I asked them how they lost my order and my cake. And the guy said I guess it got misplaced or the order wasn't put in. I made this order in the store! The guy told me I could place another order and he would see if anyone was working cakes the next day. And I told him my sons party is today the day I was supposed to pick up the cake. And he said im sorry there is nothing we can do. So my son didnt get his cake and they didnt try anything to fix the issue. DONT ORDER BIRTHDAY CAKES FROM THIS BAKERY! They cant keep up with the order forms. And will loss your cake order and you will be without a cake on your child birthday! The lest they could have done is gave me something in replace of my cake that they didnt make and lost the order forms for.And this cake was just a plain cake with not writing with a border so I could put a edible picture on. But I had to order it because of the size of the cake I needed, and the color of the cake to match the theme.

  They always seem to have what i need. Ordering via app is very easy. I do wish I could indicate I've arrived via the app because calling doesn't seem to get passed to the right people and I end up waiting long, calling again or get asked for name again when someone else gets their order before me even though they arrive after me.
