That’s why I choose to go to one in Hickory across from checkers, I’ve literally bought one in Bethlehem and then drove to the other Dunkin in 2 miles away in Hickory, It’s two different drinks. I’d rather choose to drive 4 miles down the road than 400 yards up the hill to get what I pay for. $7.15 for milk - water - light espresso

Was previously disappointed at the same shop with Lemon-filled instead of Bavarian Cream filled that I ordered. Poor Quality Control at this location. Can't recommend.

I literally go here or other Dunkin donuts every other day and I usually have no problems with my mobile app. Never have this time. I ordered two lattes on the mobile app went to to go pick up my lattes the girl behind the counter. She said her name was. Naomi said they don't have any lattes today. I told her well. You need to refund me my money and she looked at me crazy and said no and tried to offer me other things and I said no. I want my money back. That's what they usually do here. Just because the manager wasn't there doesn't mean that she has to be very rude. She could have comforted me and told me to contact them tomorrow or tell me how to contact someone. Instead of smirking at me and acting like I'm crazy. I think there should be somebody there at all times to know how to solve problems like this because that was $14 of my money for nothing. It was in Bethlehem on a Sunday on mother's Day of all days at 5:00 p.m. you would think she would be a little nicer to a mother.
