- DBDonna BentleySep 19, 20263.0There are never employees in the front of the store they're all on the side of the store where the drive-thru is so you always have to wait until they notice you. Takes a while to get your drink. This past Wednesday was the first time I've had a very friendly barista the other times they were just ho hum not rude but not overly friendly either but they also don't make you feel like you're very welcome. I also don't like the idea that you can't see them making your drinks because they make them in the Drive-Thru area they keep everything in the dining room closed down so that they don't make drinks in there I've actually been in there before and literally thought that they were closed with no cars in the parking lot not even employee cars and no lights on in the parking lot or in the dining room. If I had not gotten out of my car and went and pulled on the door I would not have thought that they were open.

I have waited over an hour stuck in their drive thru with the way it’s built multiple times. This isn’t the only location they own like this. Customers treat the employees like crap bc they have no help and long wait times while they work so hard…it’s awful. DON’T SUPPORT THESE FRANCHISE OWNERS UNTIL THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS!

That’s why I choose to go to one in Hickory across from checkers, I’ve literally bought one in Bethlehem and then drove to the other Dunkin in 2 miles away in Hickory, It’s two different drinks. I’d rather choose to drive 4 miles down the road than 400 yards up the hill to get what I pay for. $7.15 for milk - water - light espresso
