- DDDayJun 14, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dunkin' today. My daughter and I walked into the store, and there was nobody in line, nobody at the front counter, and nobody waiting to place an order. We stood at the counter for approximately 3–5 minutes while looking at the menu and deciding what we wanted. During that entire time, not one employee greeted us, acknowledged our presence, or even said, "We'll be right with you." While we were standing there, I noticed two employees near the drive-thru/window area. Despite us being clearly visible at the front counter, neither employee made any effort to assist us. Then another customer walked in after us. Almost immediately, one of the employees greeted her and asked if she had a mobile order. At that point, I realized that somehow the employees had no problem seeing and acknowledging a customer who had just arrived, yet my daughter and I had been standing there unnoticed. I chose not to make a scene. I did not raise my voice, use profanity, or argue with anyone. I simply told my daughter we were leaving. Unfortunately, she was very upset because she had been looking forward to getting a donut. I sincerely hope this was simply poor customer service and not something more concerning. However, as a Black customer, it is difficult not to question why we were ignored while another customer who arrived after us was immediately acknowledged. Regardless of the reason, the experience left me feeling humiliated, unseen, and unwelcome. No customer should have to wonder whether they are being intentionally ignored. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have made all the difference. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers are treated with the basic courtesy and respect they deserve.

We ordered bagels on 4 different occasions; this location continues to give out day old croissants. I wish I would’ve taken pics but unfortunately didn’t bc I instantly threw it away on how gross they looked. It’s unfortunate bc Dunkin always has the control to be amazing and have great food but with this standard set that isn’t going to happen. The coffee I order is always right which is great, they don’t miss a beat on that. Otherwise I have never personally visited the location in person so unsure of staff, atmosphere, details.
