  Never go to this dominos unless you wanna get sick me and my husband went here after work to get pizzas for dinner and after we ate next day me and my husband got sick as hell but still forced ourselves to work even though we got sick at this dominos

  What a great day! I bought 3 pizzas for $4.20 each today and the girls in the office were so happy with their warm pizzas!🍕 The Dominoes at 1131 2nd St. NE Hickory was jamming! Even though they were so busy, the pizzas were still hot, the staff was smiling & prepared for the day! You guys rock!

  The best Domino's around. Jessica and her team are always fast and consistent, and the pizzas are well made. I order here pretty frequently and have never had an issue!

  Overall I am very happy with all of my experiences at Domino's staff is always very nice and pleasant to be around speaking specifically of 42026 I give every one of those staff members credit. They handled some very very rude customers with patients and Grace. You guys were running a special that was absolutely amazing and of course it was going to take longer and everybody should have known that and shame on the woman who stood in the middle of the store yelling. It was taking 40 minutes while everybody waited at least that long. So thank you so much for giving us a great deal and second of all for everybody in the store that work there being kind and pleasant

  We had a really frustrating experience. We ordered a pizza and were told it would be ready, so I drove 10 minutes to pick it up. When we arrived, it was obvious they were very busy, and we were told it actually wasn’t ready and would take another hour. I understood, so I drove 10 minutes back home. About an hour later, we received a call saying the order was ready, so we made the trip back again. By this point, we had already fed our kids since the original timing was completely off. When we arrived, we were told they had given our order to someone else. That’s unacceptable after having us come back a second time. I called to speak with someone, and instead of resolving the issue, I was met with attitude and eventually hung up on. The manager told my wife he would remake the pizza and asked her to wait 5 minutes, but then disappeared. After waiting over 15 minutes with no update, we left without our order. We never received our pizza and ended up wasting hours of our time. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service.
