They handled some very very rude customers with patients and Grace. You guys were running a special that was absolutely amazing and of course it was going to take longer and everybody should have known that and shame on the woman who stood in the middle of the store yelling. It was taking 40 minutes while everybody waited at least that long. So thank you so much for giving us a great deal and second of all for everybody in the store that work there being kind and pleasant

When we arrived, it was obvious they were very busy, and we were told it actually wasn’t ready and would take another hour. I understood, so I drove 10 minutes back home. About an hour later, we received a call saying the order was ready, so we made the trip back again. By this point, we had already fed our kids since the original timing was completely off. When we arrived, we were told they had given our order to someone else. That’s unacceptable after having us come back a second time. I called to speak with someone, and instead of resolving the issue, I was met with attitude and eventually hung up on. The manager told my wife he would remake the pizza and asked her to wait 5 minutes, but then disappeared. After waiting over 15 minutes with no update, we left without our order. We never received our pizza and ended up wasting hours of our time. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service.
