- BMBryson Mace4 days ago1.0I’ve been to this Chipotle four times, and on three of those visits, I was charged for double meat even though I specifically asked for the normal amount of meat each time. One mistake is understandable, but having it happen 3 out of 4 visits is way beyond what I’d consider a coincidence. I obviously can’t say whether this is intentional, but it definitely gives the impression that customers are being charged for something they didn’t ask for. I’ve had to catch it and question the charge multiple times, which is frustrating and makes me feel like I have to double-check my receipt every time I come here. What makes it even more disappointing is that I actually really like the food. I’d gladly keep coming back if I didn’t feel like I had to watch the employees to make sure I’m not being charged extra. If you go here, I’d recommend checking your order and receipt before you leave.

I don't know if they are racist are just rude as heck but the eye rolling the staff pushing past you without saying excuse me. The hispanic guy at the register got upset because I asked for new cups after seeing his thumb in my cup. He also aggressively put a fruit cup in my hand. When I asked to trade my little one's chips for fruit he asked is my family ate out of them or not. My response was we opened them per food safety you should discard them to be careful. He rolled his eyes about that too. lol Chipotles are being shut down left and right for poisoning people being buttholes does not help keep the establishments open either!
