  #1- the stupid AI voice asking you if you want to add 10 different items after you order is REALLY annoying. #2 They got my order wrong. #3- Every person that works here is a jerk EVERY time I come here, for no reason at all. They always act like they're pissed off for some reason. #4- the food has become stupidly overpriced. $7+ for just a burger, without anything else.

  I got the chicken bites and a Big Buford. Everything tasted OK. It seemed the burger was a bit salty but not much so. The fries were excellent. I screwed up by not customizing my burger. I always get lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mayonaise, hold the cheese and other condiments. This time I just clicked. My fault. I have not got an opinion on the workers other than they made my food as it was ordered. The outside area was clean. The bathroom was locked though. It is a shame some people screw things up for everyone else. I was satisfied with what I got. I will be even more satisfied next time if I remember to order the burger "my" way. :)

  Food used to be pretty good now it’s just a taste you may want every now and then. This time around, it was sloppy and the fries were already getting cold. They took awhile to greet me at the window. I asked to scan the app once AGAIN it’s “down”. I really try to coupon and use the rewards when I do go to save some money. This location on the other hand does not care. Every time I’ve tried to use rewards via app or in the drive through the scanner is “down” and the app will not push it through. The app will definitely let it go through if you’re paying full price but with coupons, a no go. What’s the point. I call customer service and they act as if I have no complaint. I love going to fast food where I can earn free food. I even do the surveys. What’s the point CHECKERS. Your rewards and surveys are a joke.

  Stopped in for lunch and stood at the window for several minutes being ignored. When someone did try to help me, the manager said "don't worry about him" absolute BS service, or lack thereof.
