  One of the Top 10 dining experiences of my life! James was an amazing server! Todd, Hope, and Alexandria were also attentive and gracious during our visit. The food was delicious, as we’ve come to expect from Carrabba’s, but the service was second to none! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area!

  I ordered a curb side pick up. As part of my order thinking I could save some money I ordered a lasagna and grilled chicken with mashed potatoes this is listed on their menu for 8.99 I asked for a cup of the marsala sauce with mushrooms on the side trying to save some money and they just changed my order to the 25 dollar chicken Marsala with no explanation or anything. So I get charged 45 dollars. Normally I tip 10 dollars as a standard but because of the overcharge in my opinion with no explanation the tip she would've gotten went toward paying the overcharge.

  Good food and portion sizes. Phenomenal service from Naomi! Today was our first time here and we 110% will be back. The Mezzaluna and the Alfredo both were very good. We opted for salad and tomato soup also, which were the only things I took photos of, and they also were great. 0 complaints, easily my favorite Italian place now.

  Picked up a very specific to go order after working a long 12 hr shift. Arrived to pick it up a few minutes early, and even on a busy Saturday night, I only waited maybe 2 mins after walking in. Was treated well by the to go staff and was ensured everything was in the bag. Again, I had a detailed order that wasn't necessarily cookie cutter. Got home and everything was made to a T! Just as I ordered it! Nothing missing and everything taste great as well, per usual! Thanks Carrabas of Hickory for a great to go experience!

  Horrible! I didn't want to go here for dinner. From the time we walked in,when one of the three hostesses sneezed in her hand to waiting fifteen minutes BEFORE anyone came to our table for our drink order, to waiting twenty minutes to actually order our meal. Then waiting almost an hour for our meal. After about forty-five minutes, I told my husband that I was ready to go. When the "waitress", who was actually the bartender, came to tell us that our food was almost ready, I told her we wanted it to go. Fifteen minutes later, the "manager" came over and said that our food was next up, we had to tell him that we wanted it boxed up to go. WORST service/non-service that we have ever experienced. And my husband didn't receive all that he ordered and my Alfredo sauce was watery. Just horrible. Like I said, I didn't want to eat here in the first place. I won't go back.
