  Let’s start with the good, end with the bad. Service was good, ramen was mid, kitchen looked pretty dirty and not a place I’d revisit for this reason alone. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the food and atmosphere.

  I was so excited to come here, but they didn’t have a table for 4 and we waited for over 20 minutes. Half the menu was not available and marked out, then when we finally were seated and waited another 10 minutes and able to order they told us what we wanted to order was also out even though it wasn’t marked off on the menu. Ridiculous waste of time.

  Every time I have went there, the food has been top-notch. The service is very good. A nice place to go eat

  Hands down the best place for ramen in Hickory. From the nice little noodle shop atmosphere they have going on inside, to the decor and music (I believe I heard the second Bleach opening theme playing during my lunch). The ramen itself was incredible, full of flavor and ingredients that did very well at standing apart from one another, creating for wonderfully flavorful meal. The tempura shrimp, while nice and crispy, felt a little too cooked through, if that makes sense. Bombin' Ramen was exactly the sort of place I've been hoping to find whenever I take trips out of town, and I will definitely stop in again on future trips to Hickory.
