  The hwy 70 location has gone down hill. Our beef was luke warm. They were not busy when we were there. When we went to the counter to order the employees were In no hurry to take our order. They were out of napkins. The locations of 321 and also springs road a much better.

  It is sad that I waited over 20 min to get cold curly fry’s. And had to wait again. Managers standing around. They gave me cardboard and then didn’t want look at the window to fix the order. I was going to wait until someone came to the window to acknowledge that the fry’s was cold and I asked nicely at the mic for them to be fresh. Customer service need to be better. Cold hard fry’s. Not 1 not2. Total 3 times I had to ask. That’s toooo much.

  New sandwich was not very good to me. We got bits and tiny pieces for our curly fries.

  Used the app and got a double roast beef sandwich and potato wedges. Ended up getting a free curly fry because of the points I had saved up. The roast beef was hot and fresh and the potato wedges was really good as well. I’m saving the curly fries for tomorrow but I’ve had them here before and they are really good. The staff was very friendly at the window. Picked up here many times through the drive-through and on the inside, never had an issue with anything and the Staff is always courteous
