  Folks if you're going to charge me $7.89 for a turkey and Swiss market fresh sandwich the least you could do is give me 2 pieces of bread that's not stale. Those 2 pieces of bread the edges were so hard you could hit it with a bat. People are tired of paying hard earned money for bad food.

  I normally only post good reviews just look at my history. This Arbys had the rudest employees ever. They two that we interacted with acted like we were bothering them by patronizing their establishment. Food was still good.

  Whoever was running drive through at 12:00pm on Saturday, May 2nd needs to be retrained on customer service! Very rude! Had a mobile order and he yelled through the screen “it was just placed you’re gonna have to give us time”. That’s the whole point of a mobile order? Never had this issue at the one on 321! Definitely going to make sure to steer clear of this one.

  Ok so this place is used to love but me and my sister went in to eat and the trash was full the floor was sticky. And the tables were nasty. I have never went in a restaurant and it be like that . The man that took my money and did not wash his hands starting making my food . Then as I was watching him he was playing in his hair then making other people food . I mean where is the health department. This one in hickory was very nasty. Do not go into eat or better yet just dont eat there . Im sure you could get sick from that .

  Man back in the day we would get secret shopped and randomly visited by the DM, when it was the good DM, watching the roast beef getting pulled out of a drawer wamer and not sliced fresh from the slicer was very sad compared to how it used to be ran and the way this sandwich looked and was presented would not have flown by the old DM or the manager. The top bun was broken apart and not holding anything on the sandwich, should have been tossed in waste and used a better one it was so sloppy and messy and wasn't cut all the way through to the bottom. We used to get marked on all of this. And whoever thought it was a good idea to take out the booths and tables in the corners that allowed 3 different seating options for those single tall tables and chairs which I dont think anyone likes was ridiculous. Also removing half of the other seating and just leaving a big open space I dont know what they were thinking when the "remodel" was done but it's not it. And the floor just looks like an unfinished garage or warehouse floor.
