  If you're looking for an upbeat pick-me-up, this is the place! It was my first time at 7 Brew, and I didn't have a chance to look at the menu before ordering. Olivyah C was incredibly sweet and helpful, taking the time to guide me through the menu and recommend a drink. She made the experience fun and welcoming. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a paper menu when taking orders, especially for customers who didn't get a chance to scan the QR code at the drive-thru entrance and making sure you give each customer their receipt as well. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

  I had a great experience at 7 Brew! The staff was incredibly friendly, energetic, and made my order quickly. I tried the sweet & salty and it was absolutely delicious—smooth, rich and perfectly balanced. The service was fast, even during a busy time, and the atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming. It’s easy to see why so many people love 7 Brew. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more drinks. Highly recommend!

  I LOVE YOU 7BREW!!!! I am very happy that 7Brew has come to Hickory, we truly needed it! 7Brew is my favorite place to get a coffee or a fun drink because of all of the options for customization. The 7 originals/7 classics are always really tasty and you can't go wrong with them. The service has been a little slow since it is opening week, but the employees strive for perfection and to make things right.

  Terrible service. I understand it is the first week of opening, but this was insane. We had to repeat our order so many times just for them to say it’s correct and not repeat it back to us. Our phone number wasn’t taken even after it was brought up twice. While ordering, another barista came storming out an aggressively shouted “AY” at another car while waving her arms to the other lane. We brought this up with the closing shift lead and his excuse was that it was only their first week of opening and that they were exhausted, which is understandable yet not a valid excuse for such aggressive behavior towards a customer. We also waited for multiple minutes while our drinks were remade. And there was four people on lane and no one could speak to us to make the time go by faster they just repeatedly said “your order is correct”. The order was in fact not correct what’s so ever even after the second time.

  First week of opening and I must say it’s a complete success so far as for my experience at least. The original blondie iced coffee was great! My brother got the sugar free brewberry soda and you couldn’t even tell it was sugar free, very good as well. The drive thru line was lines up all the way to the highway and it still only took about 10 minutes to get through the whole line. Thank you 7 brew for being what every restaurant in hickory should strive to be; fresh, quick and friendly. You may have just got me to switch from Starbucks! Now if only you could buy that old Starbucks location in Bethlehem, then you would be a lot closer to me.
