  Everyone in this location is really wonderful! My son and I go in here for lunch all the time. He’s autistic and a severely picky eater. They will never hesitate to throw a pep or cheese in if there’s not one available. He can be a little loud when happy and excited, not once have I had a moment I felt uncomfortable. They refill drinks quickly and clean tables as fast as they can. When I have been there during buffet hours, the food is hot and constantly getting changed out. The salad bar is stocked and the ac is cold. I can’t take my son many places to sit down and eat because of his needs and sensory issues. The staff here makes us feel welcome from the time we walk in until the time we leave. I feel awful because I don’t know the name of the waitress who works most lunch shifts when we have been there but she is amazing, and deserves a raise seriously. I’m going to stop gushing now I’m just so thankful. I was having a hard rough day and they lifted my mood completely and made me smile for the first time today. I just hope they know how much they are appreciated in our house.

  I’ve been trying to make an order for delivery through the app and by phone and they just don’t want to do it, they give me my money back. I called the store directly and a man answered me playing the joke saying that he has nothing to make a pizza, “he’s sold out” with this one are already 4 times, if they don’t have to make even a small pizza just close this location and stop wasting our time.

  Stopped by here for some lunch with my grandma earlier this afternoon. When we came in, the woman at the front sat us after a few minutes and seemed very annoyed. She told us that the buffet was closed and asked if we would be ok eating what was left there from earlier. We said ok and ate the old pizza bc we needed a quick lunch, however as more customers came in and were getting upset over the stale food and was things were run, the same woman didn’t do very much to help and had a very negative attitude towards everyone. At the same time loud music was playing from the kitchen and all of the employees were yelling the lyrics lol. It was just a negative experience as a whole.

  Picked up pizza here after a baseball game at Jackson Park, was hot and fresh and ready when promised!
