  I ordered pizza and wing Friday 5/8/2026 and went to pick it up. Once getting it home, I noticed that the pizza did not have the extra sauce I requested and had beef on the entire pizza when I ordered it online to go on half. I ordered wings and I was given all drums but was told that the bags were perpacked to have 3/3 of each flats and drums. I called several times with no answer. I stopped by the restaurant on 5/12/2026 to share my experience with the manager. He was very rude, telling me that what he don't know and that the wings comes like that. He went on to tell me that he will give me my money back but never apologizing about the issue. He also said that he couldn't look up ordered numbers which isn't true. He did finally make my order over, while saying it'll be 15 minutes. After about 20 minutes I went back in only to see him and the worker just making my order using their bare hands "UNBELIEVABLE" that's absolutely nasty.... The front counter lady kept saying, he's a nice guy but just tired 😫 unacceptable.... I don't care what you have going on, customer service comes first. It's sad, that I had to go through that and hope that this review helps the management and team choose doing better than choosing being rude anytime. I totally understand people are burnt out in every job field but I say go take a break and put someone else in your place until you can bring a better attitude. I didn't ask him to become a manager at Pizza Hut, that was his choice. Thanks, Kelly~

  Ordered delivery and nothing ever arrived. If I had known delivery was through doordash I never would have wasted my time. Why offer delivery as an option for this location if they don't actually employ delivery drivers?

  I usually like this place for generic pizza…. Had a busy day and ordered, $79 worth of pizza for delivery. Apparently they use DoorDash now here?? That was ok. Waited the hour they said it was gonna take. Door dash guy came to deliver the goods… they messed up. Not the fault of the poor door dash guy. Called them to fix it… was told it was busy and there was nothing they could do up help and they hung up. 4x. Called 15 times, held for 5 minutes Abd the line went dead. Called corporate, the automated line said to call the offending store. Please, do not give this store your service. There are so many better places to eat in this town. Boycott this place for me, the girl on the phone was so rude. Just don’t. It’s not even a cheap option. Just don’t
