- MCMary CruzJul 4, 20261.0RUN! Manager on duty 7/4/26 did not answer the door when I came to pick up my pizza I ordered on the phone. The blonde kid saw me at the door & quickly turned his head & acted like he’s busy, I was completely. Ignored by both. The “OPEN” sign was on! I called to cancel my order & speak to the manager & he himself answered as he leaned on the counter & did not apologize or anything no customer service or people skills. Just said they close their doors at 9pm . Closed to everyone? ?? Even a pickup order?? Seems like he & his help don’t want to work. Based on prior reviews, this was a blessing in disguise.

When I called to inquire they said they cancelled after 15 minutes of calling (it had only been 10) and that they were closed, but it was still 10 mins from their closing time. I asked for more clarification and the person I spoke with was rude and literally hung up on me.

So I went in and stood there another 4 or 5 minutes before someone finally waited on me. No one else was in the drive thru and no other customers were in the store. Food - good; service - terrible.
