  So I went to McDonald's and I walk in the people behind the counter 2 females one manager and one crew this was around 9pm on Friday . Both looked at me and just kept doing whatever they were doing . Then the crew person came up so I said hello and she was pressing buttons so I figured I was gonna order so I said kids ice cream cone for a 3 year old . She said hold on ok well she was placing a order for drive thru up front . So I waited maybe another 6 mins the manager came up looking like I was a bother so I ordered kids ice cream small enough for a 3 year old 3 mins later this is what I got now tell me how you gonna give a customer a ice cream like this after knowing it's for a 3 year old . Come on

  I went through the drive through here at South Hendersonville McDonald's. I was used to getting ugly looks from a rude manager who moved on to work at four seasons location but today was a sad visit. The cashier who took my money did not smile or say Thank you. The young man who handed me my order did smile , wished me a good day, but again didn't say a simple thank you. It seems many establishments on my side of town have lost their manners. This is a big reason why I don't shop on my side of town. Burger King beats the snot out of McDonald's every day.

  I ordered a Big Mac with NO fascism, but they added EXTRA fascism instead. I'm highly allergic to fascism - this should concern all of us.

  Passing through. I wash my hands first. Seeing a cockroach in the bathroom and I turned and left. Not taking any chances. I hope they called an extermination company. Yikes.

  They never get my special instructions right. I made a mobile order for a burger with no mayo or pickles and ketchup with my fries. I made the order in the parking lot, but still waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru line and the food was cold, and I drove away with a burger that had mayo and pickles and no ketchup. I'm so tired of having to hold up a drive-thru line to check if my food was made right. This is getting ridiculous. Doordash does a better job at checking your order.
