- SVSusie VarnadoMay 3, 20261.0Online says lobby closes at 11:00 pm. The door has a sign saying 11:00 pm. A little after 10:00 I couldn’t get the door open so I went thru the drive thru and asked if the lobby was closed. The guy said I don’t know let me see. He then said yes it’s open. I said well I couldn’t get the door open could you make sure the door is opened for me.Some people eating there open the door for me . I placed my order, took my number, payed for my food and sat down. A girl came and told me I would have to take my order and leave. I explained, I asked and was told your dinning room was open. She said I closed early so he could mop and clean up. She was frustrated and said she was the only one there, which wasn’t true. When I got my food I said you need to change the sign of dinning room hours on your door and on the internet. She said I’m not changing my sign and I don’t have time to talk or argue with you! YOU ARE THE LEAST OF MY PROBLEMS. I HAVE 5 CARS IN LINE! So rude. I don’t know about these young people in fast food that can’t handle their job. I almost asked for my money back but that would of been a hassle.

- WPWANDA PONDERApr 28, 20262.0Why have you changed the hotcakes? They used to be light and fluffy and tasty. Now they are dense with hard outer edges and they don't taste good anymore. My grandson was the biggest fan, but now he won't touch them, and i agree with him, they are no longer good. You shouldn't change what isn't broken to save a penny.😫😩
