- JRJesus RomeroSep 26, 20261.0Never enough staff. They continue to take mobile orders, even though they’re 30 and 40 minutes behind. They don’t even acknowledge you at the counter when you walk in. It’s a mess. Starbucks would never.
- FFFrank FosterSep 8, 20261.0Went by there to try and get service and this brand new location that everyone was waiting for, can’t even stay open! It was a dark vacant building for years then we all watched waiting for it to open to only be dark again! Come on Covid is gone! Let’s stay consistent, it’s not going to make it if this continues unfortunately!
- CHChris HammAug 23, 20261.0The older lady working Sunday 08/23/26 around 9:30am at the drive thru…please don’t let her interact with customers. She has no customer service skills at all. I pulled up to the window to gather my order, she’s complaining to another employee about having to work. Never stops the conversation, never even looks my direction…just sticks my order out the window, while still complaining about being there. Please remove her from any customer interactions until she can be properly trained.
- JJJasonAug 2, 20264.0It's was good. I always get just an iced coffee though
- CBCandice BarkerJul 24, 20262.0I’ve been to this dunkin many times since opening. The staff has always been rude but I’ve looked past it because the coffee and food has been consistently good. I went today, ordered the same thing I order every single time and the girl at the window tried handing me basically what looked like a cup of milk. I apologized and said that just looks like milk to me, can you please remake it. She rolled her eyes at me! She remade it and again, and it still looked like straight milk. I told her I order the same thing every time and it never looks like that and at this point I just want a refund. She then tried to ask if I ordered it wrong and I said no… my order is the same literally every time I go to any dunkin location. I’m not spending almost $7 for a drink that is obviously not made correctly. She gave me my refund and I left. I will not be back.
