  When I call I get AI computer and when I ask to speak to a real person at the store I get transferred to a CALL CENTER this isn't AT&T. I can not support a business that pushes the AI junk.

  This is what i got in my bowl Wth this place sucks and then when i asked for more they looked at me like ....really thats not enough in the bowl for what you charge you need to fill that thing up.

  I really hope the manager reads this but you need to address attitude with your employees. Every time I go in there the employees are extremely rude. They will also throw your food or sauces around. They get very upset when I ask for more than half a spoon full of anything. For what I am paying I expect to get a FULL spoon… not sure why that is such an inconvenience for them? If there’s a reason I would love to hear it! Hope this is addressed! Thanks!

  Ordered 1 bowl and 1 burrito online for pick up but ended up picking up 2 bowls. Estimated time for pick up was 8:20 and I showed up at 8:18. Girl in the window had some smart comment to say about that after ignoring me at the drive through window for a few min which initially didn’t bother me I assumed she was still in the process of making my order. Wrong. Once she finally acknowledged my existence she gave me my order which had been sitting by the window ready to go. I get home ready to relax, pop some comfies on, and throw my show on to melt the day away. It had been a long day so I decided to treat the man and I to some take out. Open the bag. 2 bowls. No biggie I guess. 2 bowls made the same way. Uh.. we wanted different toppings.. 1 bowl has freezing cold chicken sitting on top of the bowl… not just room temp or chilled. COLD COLD to the touch like it was just refrigerated. Gross. The other bowl had cold chicken as well, but more like it had been sitting and cooled to room temp. Also gross. Chips: stale, cold, old, and greasy Queso: cold Tried to call the store but you literally can’t speak to anyone. I’ve only had a few issues out of all the times I’ve been here which is normally just missing items and nasty old chips. The other times everything is great. Seems to matter who is working. The girl at the drive thru I have never seen before so maybe she was new. I’m not sure how you end up making 2 bowls when the order only had 1. On top of that the toppings for the random bowl were not what was requested. On top of that the chicken was freezing cold. Girl how do you mess up 3 times on one food item??
