- GMGiovanna MirandaAug 22, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I ordered two chicken burritos with the same ingredients, and as you can see in the photo, the difference in size was ridiculous. One burrito was almost half the size of the other, even though they were supposed to be the same order. On top of that, both burritos were cold and the tortillas were chewy. The pickup experience was just as frustrating. The app specifically says to pick up the order from the pickup shelf, but my order wasn't there. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me or offered to help. Eventually I found out that my order had been placed somewhere else. The customer service also needs improvement. Several employees seemed more interested in talking and playing around with each other than helping customers, and their attitude made us feel like we were bothering them just by asking for our order. For the price Chipotle charges, I expect consistent portions, food that is served at the proper temperature, and basic customer service. This experience was definitely not up to the standard I expected.
