- DDDejah4 days ago1.0First I'd like to say this chick fil a is extremely prejudice. I went through the drive thru and Ethan was cool taking my order. Received my food and the cheese was wrong on my deluxe so we went back to ask for the proper cheese. They gave me another sandwich but the cheese was ice cold and so we asked for it to be melted like the first sandwich cheese was. The Asian girl who looked to be a manager or something was giving my fiancé a hard time and it was a lot of back and forth with her saying they can't make food "cooked to order" aka FRESH. Then she proceeded to give him a refund for the sandwhich only when in fact we deserved a full refund because the other items were now cold and weren't touched. Now, had we turned right around and got our refund to then order the same meal again, it would've been made fresh right? Or let me guess, it would've been a patty that was already sat out and gotten some cheese slapped onto it??? We were the only black people there and it seems like they were more concerned for their WHITE patrons that I saw the staff waiting hand and foot on. So disappointed because I was starving but I'd rather cook at home. Spend my money elsewhere. When I get her name I will include it in this review.
