  Stay away from this location unless you want a headache and unsanitary conditions. This place literally ran out of roast beef today!!! My entire order was unable to be made as they had no roast beef and the shake machine was broken. I ordered this through the mobile app so I asked for a refund. The shift manager explained that she didn’t know how to help me so I asked for the General Manager, who was in the store. The General manager, who I am told is named Candace, never got off her butt to come out to help me. The workers all have attitudes, when I asked for the corporate number and the store number so I could call to get a refund I was told “You can find it online and I don’t know I just work here”. I called corporate and received a refund within a few minutes. This could have simply been taken care of by giving me the corporate number, but apparently that is too challenging.

  It's fast food. Atmosphere is just going to be ok. But one star off because we had to look around for a clean table/booth to sit at

  Incredibly RUDE manager. I simply asked how many ounces is an extra large soda fountain drink. He told me to hang on and he’d check. When he came back after a few seconds, he said he had no idea that it wasn’t written on the cup! Then I said that I had ordered an extra large Root Beer the other day, and if what I got was an extra large, then the small must be the size of a ketchup cup! He angrily launched at me, and told me I didn’t have to come there. He kept the angry voice tone, and I couldn’t get a word in edgewise! I just hung up the phone. Abominable customer service! THE MANAGER COULDN’T ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION OF HOW MANY OUNCES IS IN A EXTRA LARGE SODA FOUNTAIN DRINK! WOW. Oh, Arbys, don’t bother to respond. I won’t ever be back.

  Fast friendly service. food is always Delicious! Used the Drive-Thru. Last time I went inside it was clean and pleasant.
