  Incredibly RUDE manager. I simply asked how many ounces is an extra large soda fountain drink. He told me to hang on and he’d check. When he came back after a few seconds, he said he had no idea that it wasn’t written on the cup! Then I said that I had ordered an extra large Root Beer the other day, and if what I got was an extra large, then the small must be the size of a ketchup cup! He angrily launched at me, and told me I didn’t have to come there. He kept the angry voice tone, and I couldn’t get a word in edgewise! I just hung up the phone. Abominable customer service! THE MANAGER COULDN’T ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION OF HOW MANY OUNCES IS IN A EXTRA LARGE SODA FOUNTAIN DRINK! WOW. Oh, Arbys, don’t bother to respond. I won’t ever be back.

  Fast friendly service. food is always Delicious! Used the Drive-Thru. Last time I went inside it was clean and pleasant.

  Can’t even work the hours that they post on their website and instead of hopping on the headset from the beginning made me wait 10 minutes to tell me

  Very poorly managed. Dirty tables and restrooms. No napkins available and they were out of tomatoes at 1pm.
