They make you pay a delivery fee AND tip the driver.... only for the order to still be an hour late. At least he's probably drinking the pepsi he stole from my order. TLDR; don't tip before the delivery ever. redeeming points is worthless here because they'll just conveniently forget to include it in your order

I was embarrassed for the girl who was trying to help me. The manager was berating her in front of me and my friends. As a manager myself, I couldn’t stand to watch this. We’ll never patronize this Pizza Hut again.

We are use to quality and caring service including how the workers are treated. We will be getting our pizza at a different restaurant in Harrisburg. No thanks
