- KYKarthik YVN2 days ago1.0The worst donuts and service I’ve experienced. We ordered five different donuts, but instead of packing them properly, they were simply thrown into a bag. By the time we opened it, the donuts were squashed and looked unappetizing. The icing and chocolate toppings had smeared onto the other donuts, ruining their appearance. To make matters worse, the donuts didn’t taste fresh at all. They seemed like they had been made earlier that morning—or possibly even the previous day. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, both in terms of food quality and customer service.

- LBLissa BJun 8, 20261.0Lesson Learned. Don't Use The Mobile App! I usually look forward to getting an apple fritter from Dunkin 3 times a year. A recent experience at this location left me disappointed and frustrated. On 6/8/26, I visited the Dunkin' location in Harrisburg at Store #353309. I ordered and paid for two apple fritters on the mobile app. When I pulled up to the drive-thru and gave the name for my order, the employee told me they were out of apple fritters. So I pulled around for my refund. Instead of reversing the charge to my original payment method, the employee asked if I wanted to replace it with something else. I said no, please refund the cost. She was very nasty and annoyed while giving me a receipt and a card. When I asked what that card was (as the receipt she held flew away), she said it was a gift card for the balance since I paid with a digital bank card on the mobile app. I requested that the Manager, LaRon (sp?), refund my money. He refused, saying I didn't pay with cash. I told him the cash went from my bank to the mobile app, but he forced me to take a store credit. It's truly a shame that I couldn't receive basic customer service for a store inventory issue that I didn't cause. I didn't get what I ordered. Nor was I told my refund would be a store credit until I asked what the card was for. I understand that the store ran out, but the genuine lack of effort to resolve a store issue from an unfulfilled order is disappointing. If it's a problem with refunding mobile orders, then find a way to improve the protocol. Clearly, things need to change.
