- CHchels hernandezAug 12, 20263.0i go to this dunkin almost every day before work. i never have problems until i walk inside and its always a problem with my coffee. today they had it sitting at the deive thru window and made incorrectly. then after having it sit there they didnt offer to make me a new one, just very rude. i understand you all are busy but customer service is everything. the manager specifically was rude today. which is disappointing

After waiting for a while, I politely asked if my order was ready, and the cashier simply said, “Not yet.” A few moments later, I heard her say, “They’re not going to rush me.” My friend received his donut before I received my sandwich, and it took about 10–15 minutes for my order to come out. I understand that wait times can happen, especially when it’s busy, but the way the situation was handled felt rude, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. A little more courtesy and communication would have made the experience much better.

By the time we opened it, the donuts were squashed and looked unappetizing. The icing and chocolate toppings had smeared onto the other donuts, ruining their appearance. To make matters worse, the donuts didn’t taste fresh at all. They seemed like they had been made earlier that morning—or possibly even the previous day. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, both in terms of food quality and customer service.
