  If this the review for the Harrisburg, NC location, The sucks. Food was nasty. The glass was nasty, cooking area not organized, workers smh need to be at home because he had no customer service skills.

  Waited 40 minutes for our pizza (it was a Friday evening, I expected that). The order was wrong. I had the option of getting my money back or waiting another 40 minutes. The staff is always friendly. But I won't be going back any time soon. This is the second time the order was wrong - no compensation for their mistake.

  Not happy with my last experience. Ordered a pick up online and get there only to receive a pizza that was obviously overcooked. The crust was overdone and there was barely any cheese on the pizza which made the appearance undesirable to eat. Thankfully they remade my pizza but I was inconvenient and had to wait an additional 15 minutes.

  Ordered at 8:23 PM and received no updates at all. The tracker kept showing incorrect information the entire time. I tried calling the store 14 times someone did pick up a few times, but they kept hanging up without saying anything. Finally, after repeated attempts, I was told their system was down. Not sure why they couldn’t communicate that earlier or at least answer calls properly. Ended up ordering food elsewhere for my kids. Very unreliable experience; hard to trust Domino’s Pizza after this at this location.
