  Very rude employees that it is ridiculous. Everyone had a nasty attitude when it was not called for. Why work fast food when it's not the job you want. It does not pay to be mean. I pray for the employees at this location cause they are not nice.

  Not supremely good and not what I would expect from Chipotle. To be honest I should have went to Taco Bell. The chicken was burnt which basically ruined the burrito. Was not well integrated. I don't know if I'll be back.

  TO ANYONE GOOGLING “CHIPOTLE NEAR ME”: Do yourselves a favor and read this review, and the tons of others just like it, BEFORE walking in there. We spend way too much money in restaurants these days to be met with disrespectful customer service and subpar food. This Harrisburg, NC location has to be the worst location in the damn WORLD. Some of the kids they hire in there are the most disrespectful, foul mouthed employees I’ve ever dealt with in my life. And I’ve traveled around the country, visiting different Chipotle locations. This is BY FAR the most atrocious one. TO MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION: Do better at vetting the individuals (kids) you choose to hire. They have the absolute worst customer service skills and couldn’t care less about the quality of the food that is served, or how they speak to customers. Customer Service - TRASH! Food - TRASH!

  I had a great experience at my local Chipotle and just had to give a shoutout to Madeline! She absolutely made my day with the burrito she made for me. I could tell she was having a bit of a struggle wrapping it (I’ve been there myself 😅), but she handled it like a pro and secured it really well in the end. By the time I got to the register, there was a little “pop,” but honestly, coming from someone who works in customer service, I know how much pressure those moments can bring. What stood out to me was that Madeline kept a great attitude and continued doing her best the whole time. Also shoutout to the nice guy at the register for being kind and keeping things moving smoothly! Madeline, if you see this, your effort didn’t go unnoticed. I really appreciated the service and the care you put into it. Thank you for turning a simple meal into a genuinely positive experience!

  I will not be returning to this location. I had a voucher for free chips and placed an online order that clearly gave me the option to add them. However, when I received my order, the chips were missing. When I asked the attendant, she said she needed to check with a manager. The manager, Tino, explained there was a “system glitch” where some reward codes for free chips were not working unless ordered directly through the app. This made no sense, as I had placed my order online and met the requirement of spending at least $5. Despite this, he refused to honor the reward. The only solution offered was for me to come back another time, even though the code expires in four days. When I explained that I would not be returning, he simply said that was on me and that the code would just expire. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Chips cost only a few dollars, and honoring the reward would have been an easy way to provide good customer service. Instead, I was dismissed. I will also be contacting customer service regarding this experience. I would not recommend this location. I
