I was not greeted with a Hello or smile instead, looked at as if what are you doing here. The food area was in a disarray as many items were empty. My burrito was made and worker was unable to roll the burrito in foil, it busted open, it was thrown away. It was remade by a different worker, who instead of refilling tomato and corn, she went and got it from another area in a small 2 oz container, it busted again, I requested it not be remade as I wanted to leave this establishment quickly. Are they any adults working at this location who can provide some customer services skills.

It made the restaurant feel like it was already closed, even though it was still open for business. The menu was very limited, and there was no warning beforehand that so many items were unavailable. As I started placing my order, I noticed that much of the food looked old and dried out. I politely asked if fresh food could be made, but I was told no. I understand that employees are ready to close at the end of the night, but customers who arrive during business hours should still receive quality food and service. It was frustrating to be met with attitudes simply because I asked for food that didn’t appear dried out. Wanting fresh food shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that didn’t reflect what I’d expect from the restaurant.
