  Walked in not one customer inside and only 1 car at the drive thru. I could even see the order screen it was cleared after the one drive thru order. they had no orders left, waited at the counter for over 5-7 minutes no one came to take my order. I Asked for assistance someone came and said they would be with me shortly and never came back. After over 10 minutes got back in my car went to Wendy's got food immediately.

  Drive thru is very slow and it was only 4:00. Cheesesteak was missing onions, it was luke warm , had hardly any meat on it and looked like it had been sitting for awhile. I would definitely never order another one from here again. I also paid for extra cheese and got half a slice of cheese on it that was not melted at all.

  Kind staff, great costumer service. Fast, happy to help, clean, and I had a couple questions about the coupons and they were SUPER helpful. Especially the man working the window today at lunch

  Went to Arby’s in Harrisburg yesterday around 4:30 p.m. the place was absolutely FILTHY! The floor was so sticky your shoes stuck to the floor when you walked. The tables and dining area is 100% sticky. The young man working the register was very nice and professional so they have that going for them. Food sucked, it was so greasy we just threw it away. Arby’s you need some cleaning done in this place!!!!
