We chose to eat at this restaurant and had a terrible experience. From the moment I arrived, there was a long line of people waiting for someone to take our orders. To our surprise, no employee appeared at the counter, as if they were hiding from taking orders. Their world revolved around drive-thru orders. None of the employees were wearing the company shirt; they didn't care about the customers at all, only about their weekly paycheck. This franchise needs employees who truly demonstrate a commitment to service. I hope this reaches the owner so he takes note and sees how bad his restaurant is. My family and I left because of the poor service. A bad experience.

Two large ordets before me (20 pc and 8 pc). People waiting on drive thru (5 cars) thus ,I wemt inside. I adked who and where manager was. Employres stated, Isabelle eas on the back.why wasn't she on the floor at 7 pm dinnet rush?. The three employees in the front were working as hard and fast ss the could. What a disappointment.
