Fast food is inherently greasy, but this place is a whole new level. I’m pretty sure I could fry a whole chicken with the amount of grease that came out of my Bo Rounds. Avoid this place at all costs.

There was an extremely kind younger lady with black hair and tattoos taking my order, trying to help with a coupon and asked for help from a manager to which her coworker who had long red braids down her back started yelling back at her, giving her an extremely horrible attitude and rolling her eyes. I made a complaint to the younger lady from the register about her coworker and it seems that this had been a regular occurrence. The lady with the braids packed my order and when it was incorrect, she gave me a horrible attitude about it and decided to basically ignore my request. The young lady who took my order came over and fixed it, which was extremely helpful. I sat in the dining room to eat and kept noticing how badly the younger woman with braids was treating people, and the lady at the front counter was trying to keep everybody happy. I really hope that this store can hire more employees like her, and remove employees that clearly hate their customers. Hats off to the employees there that do have the ability to give great customer service.

I had to get out of my car which was pulled up in line, go inside, and ask for my food! Hate to see them when they were BUSY!
