    This particular location is efficient and my smoothies are always on point. I haven't tried any of the food items but the smoothies are really good. Very silky and creamy texture. My favorites are Kiwi Quencher and Mango Magic.

    I usually love Tropical, I used to be a Assistant Manager at one and this night I was really craving Tropical for memories (lol), so when I got a 3 Cheese Chicken Quesadilla instead of a Santa Fe Chicken I wasn’t bummed especially because I did order at 8:50. It was 9:05 by the time I came back home, they close at 9PM. I was upset but hey, they’re closed and I already wasted $12 so I figured take a pic & “Eh I’ll call in the morning and see what I can do.” I called at around 9:40A.M. They say they can’t do anything because I ate it (? What was I supposed to do? Waste another $15 on other food or just eat the mess up and call in the morning). I usually don’t really care, however the staff member didn’t even offer a solution at all and was rather dismissive throughout the whole conversation. She simply kept saying because I ate it nothing could be done and I should call back at past 11 because thats when the manager will be there. I tried at 3. No answer, I used to be a manager so I’m thinking okay they must be busy lemme try in 20. Nope. So I rang again, the line stopped ringing early and I get sent to voicemail. I try at 3:30 then 3:40. All times I’m immediately hung up on ans sent to voicemail. At this point, I’m feeling like an asshole but… I literally keep getting hung up on…. How am I supposed to call back but no one answers the phone? I tried again an hour later. Still no answer…. As an old Tropical Manger…. do better. Offer a solution at least, or at least answer the phone! 😭 Lord! 😭 I just wanted to have a nice nostalgic moment! 😭
