I have come here 3 times in the past 2 weeks, I have received frozen acai bowls twice that I have to thaw to eat and each time I waited 10-15 minutes with 5 employees behind the counter. It doesn't matter if you go inside or do drive thru they prioritize door dash over customers at the location. I plan to call coorporate to complain because this is absurd.
